Personnel Resources
Rincovitch Consultants was founded in the mid-eighties by Angelo Rincovitch, who quickly gained a reputation among developers and builders for his unique and pragmatic approach to structural engineering. His dedication to efficiency and constructability made him a key figure in Melbourne’s load-bearing precast building construction “renaissance” in the nineties, which influenced the design and construction of multi-story apartment buildings thereafter.
In 2014, Rincovitch decided to expand its services to the NSW market, where it achieved remarkable success in a short period of time. Subsequently, offices were established in Queensland and the Australian Capital Territory, with equally impressive accomplishments.
Today, our firm is led by four directors: Harry Lambis, Charbel Nasr, Matthew Willis and Chris Iannuzzi. With their extensive experience, skills, and hands-on approach, they ensure every project meets the high standards expected of Rincovitch projects.
The Director Group is supported by a talented team of structural engineers and design draftspersons who are dedicated to fulfilling client needs. They take pride in producing high-quality documentation and providing professional services that consistently exceed expectations.

Over the years, we have built strong working relationships and achieved significant successes with prominent developers and builders. Our project list spans a wide range of structures, with a particular focus on multi-story apartment buildings. We have been involved in the successful structural design and construction of hundreds of structures, ranging from low-rise to high-rise, and we have contributed to the majority of Melbourne’s skyline’s tallest buildings, as well as recently expanding to NSW, QLD, and ACT.
